When you refer a client to us, you can rest easy knowing they’ll come back to you when they’re ready to buy or sell. We will put in writing that we will refer the client back to the referring agent.

As a thank-you, Firefly Property Management pays a referral commission to any licensed broker who sends us a client that signs a management agreement. That commission is paid after we collect the first month’s rent.
